For a plumbing owner, the fastest route is a call or a text to (604) 632-4959; email to Ali@Sedighi.ca works too. A two-line text is a welcome start; we'll take it from there. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There's no form to fill in and no booking system; a real person answers.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Before you get in touch
You don't need to prepare anything, but the first conversation goes further if you can answer a few questions roughly:
- What share of your revenue comes from large planned jobs, such as repipes, sewer lines, water heaters or renovation plumbing?
- Roughly how many quotes over $4,000 do you write a month, and how many close?
- Do you have a financing program with a licensed lender today? If yes, how long have you had it, and how often do customers use it?
- What does your website say about payment options right now?
- Which towns or regions do you serve?
If you don't know some of these, that's useful information too. It usually means funnel reporting should be part of the plan.
What to put in a first text or email
A short message is fine. Here's a template you can copy and fill in:
Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We do mostly [main job types] and write about [number] large quotes a month. We [have / don't have] a customer-financing program with a lender. I'd like to talk about [the website / ads / follow-up / all of it]. Best time to reach me is [time].
Please don't send customer names, credit details or copies of loan documents. We don't need them and we'd rather not hold them.
What happens next
- We reply within one business day to set up a call at a time that suits you.
- The free 30-minute consultation covers your job mix, your lender program and your numbers. We'll tell you honestly whether financing marketing is likely to matter for you.
- A written proposal follows if it makes sense, with the plan, the services we'd start with and the cost, using the prices on our pricing page.
- Setup starts when you say yes, usually with your payment-options page or your quote follow-up.
There's no obligation at any step, and plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Who you'll talk to
You'll speak with a senior strategist from the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. Plumber.Finance is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, from our headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we work with plumbing companies across Canada. Read more about us.
What we can't help with
- Loan questions from homeowners. We're not a lender or broker. Customers should contact the lender named on your materials.
- Plumbing service requests. We're not a contractor and don't send plumbers.
- Legal advice on credit agreements or consumer law. We can point you to the official sources, as in our advertising guide, but your lawyer or the lender should answer specific legal questions.
Privacy
If you already have an agency
Many plumbing companies already work with a marketing agency or a freelancer. That's fine. We can work alongside them on just the financing pieces, such as the payment-options page or the quote follow-up, or we can review what's in place and suggest changes your current team can make. Tell us in your first message who manages your website and ads today, so we can plan around them rather than duplicate their work.
When to contact the lender instead
Some questions are for your lender, not us: your fee per financed job, application limits, customer eligibility, payment timing and disclosure wording. If you bring those answers to our first call, we can plan faster.
When you call, text or email, we use your details only to reply and, if you become a client, to work with you. We only email people who contact us first. The privacy page explains this in full.
Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
How fast do you reply?
We usually reply within one business day, often sooner for calls and texts.
Should I send my lender agreement?
Not at first. A short description of the program is enough for the first conversation. If we work together, we'll ask for the marketing and conduct sections and any approved materials.
Can a customer contact you about their loan?
We can't help with that. Customers should contact the lender directly about applications, approvals or terms, because we are not a lender or broker.
